Photo Purchase Terms & Conditions
Personal Use License
All photographs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Permitted uses include personal printing, sharing with family and friends, and posting on personal social media accounts.
Photographs may not be used for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotion, business branding, sponsorships, merchandise, resale, or any activity intended to generate revenue, without prior written consent from Momo Creative. Commercial usage may require the purchase of a separate licensing agreement and may be subject to additional fees and restrictions.
The purchase of photographs grants the client a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only and does not transfer ownership or copyright of the images.
Copyright Ownership
All photographs remain the sole property of Momo Creative and are protected under applicable copyright laws. Copyright ownership remains exclusively with Momo Creative at all times. Where possible and customary, clients are encouraged to credit Momo Creative when sharing photographs online.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using photographs provided by Momo Creative, clients and individuals acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Prohibited Uses
Photographs may not, under any circumstances, be:
- Used for commercial, promotional, advertising, marketing, or business purposes without prior written authorization from Momo Creative.
- Sold, licensed, sub-licensed, redistributed, transferred, or otherwise provided to any third party.
- Reproduced, copied, distributed, or published beyond personal use.
- Altered, manipulated, edited, filtered, retouched, or modified in a manner that misrepresents the original work without prior written permission from Momo Creative.
- Submitted to contests, publications, websites, media outlets, or third-party platforms without prior written consent.
- Used in connection with unlawful, defamatory, misleading, offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
- Used to create derivative works, digital artwork, stock photography, NFTs, or any product intended for sale or commercial distribution.
- Uploaded to, shared with, or used by artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, machine learning systems, datasets, image generators, or similar technologies for training, analysis, generation, or any related purpose without prior written authorization from Momo Creative.
- Represented as the work of any person, organization, or entity other than Momo Creative, or used without proper attribution where credit is customary.
Unauthorized Use
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, screenshotting, copying, or theft of photographs constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action. Momo Creative reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for copyright infringement or unauthorized use of its photographs.
Individuals found copying, stealing, downloading without authorization, or using screenshots of Momo Creative photographs may be denied access to future galleries, events, services, and image purchases at Momo Creative's sole discretion.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using photographs from Momo Creative, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
